Sarah & Tyler are a husband and wife duo with a passion to create music that glorifies God and share the love of Jesus with the world. Sarah, a seasoned singer/songwriter, has been a regular contributor to Lifeway’s vast catalogue of music and her music has also been licensed for use in film/TV. But Sarah’s true joy is being a mother of 5 (soon to be 6) children and spends most days homeschooling and training up her children in the ways of the Lord. Tyler is a film composer who has scored many feature films of diverse genres including “90 Minutes in Heaven,” “Washington’s Armor”and recently Karen Kingsbury’s “Someone Like You. He frequently collaborates with Sarah on multiple projects including studio albums and film scores. He has also worked as an arranger for a number of different artists including his father Michael W. Smith, Guy Penrod, CeCe Winans and Charity Gayle. They both regularly lead worship at their church and headlined a music tour in Italy with the acclaimed Italian American tenor, Jonathan Cilia Faro. Their overseas ministry continued this year with another trip to Rome and Naples to lead worship and preach to their brothers and sisters abroad. As devout believers in God, Sarah and Tyler both recognize the life-changing power of music and feel a call to bring light and hope to a world in need.
