Welcome Team Member
This provides an introduction to the various teams that make up a festival. By understanding each team’s different roles and responsibilities, you’ll better understand how the festival operates and how you can best contribute as a volunteer.
Here are a few links and tips to help you get started. At any time you have a question email volunteer@internationalcff.com. Already onboarded, check out the teams below.
Pass the word to friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, your community and others who would like to join the ICFF Volunteer Team April 29 – May 3, 2025, at the DoubleTree by SeaWorld in Orlando.

Once you are onboarded to the ICFF Armada App, you will be able to see positions with the greatest needs. These positions are updated by February with the majority of positions needed during the festival. You may apply for any position from the job tab in the lower left corner, then the left column at the top. The middle column is to see what you have applied for. You will know the jobs you are scheduled for and details about those jobs in the booked column to the right. You will be notified as details are updated. This is also where you will check in and out during the festival and complete a recap for feedback.
Onboarding Tips:
- Create a comprehensive profile: Include your full name, home address (city, state, zip code), and contact information.
- Detail your skills and talents: Fill in the skill section with your choice of positions. Lots of information is gathered here to place you in the best possible experience.
- Specify your preferred locations: List your hometown or a nearby major city. If you’re willing to volunteer locally in Orlando, include that as well.
These last two steps must be completed before you can proceed with your onboarding.
- Review and sign the worker agreement: Carefully read and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Enter the correct invitation code: Use “ICFF invite code 195698” when prompted.
